Dolby Lake Processor Configurations
The Dolby?? Lake?? Processor is a configurable hardware platform designed to deliver maximum application flexibility. Starting from the base digital platform, you can configure it to provide up to eight independent channels of Lake Mesa EQ™, or up to four-by-twelve channels of Lake loudspeaker processing. We offer five factory configurations, any of which can easily be upgraded or reconfigured to fit your specific requirements.

The LPD provides the foundation of the Dolby Lake Processing system. With native digital I/O in both AES/EBU and S/PDIF formats, the LPD provides an ideal solution for all-digital live sound systems, digital console channel inserts, and digital studio processing. Four card slots are available for upgrading to incorporate analog converters.

Adding two analog converter cards to provide four analog inputs and four analog outputs for EQ-purposed signal processing, the LP4D4 is the new-generation Lake Mesa Quad EQ™. Configured as the entry-level analog- and digital-enabled Dolby Lake Processor, the LP4D4 provides no-compromise audio quality and a tremendous value. The LP4D4 can be easily upgraded to an eight-channel EQ or a four-by-eight loudspeaker processor.
